Sambal Terong (Sambal Brinjal)
2 tablespoon of Chilli Padi’s Sambal Tumis
500gm Brinjal (Cut in half, three quarter way up)
- Deep-fried brinjal till half cooked. Set it aside.
- Leave 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in the pan and add 2 tablespoon of sambal timus and stir-fried for 3 minutes.
- Topped the brinjal with the sambal and serve.
