Sayur Lemak Keledak
Ingredients
½ tub Chilli Padi’s Nonya Laksa Paste
200gm Sweet Potatoes (Peel & cut into cubes)
300gm Kangkong
4000ml Coconut Milk










Method
  1. In a pot add ½ tub of Laksa paste with 4ooml of water with 4ooml of coconut milk. Bring to boil.
  2. When boiling add in sweet potatoes & keep stirring to prevent milk from curding.
  3. When cooked, add in kangkong and cook further for another 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
