Udang Masek Lemak Rebong (Serves 4-5)
½ tub of Chilli Padi’s Nonya Laksa Paste
1 canned Bamboo Shoot
250gm Prawns (Wash, shell and Devin)
400ml of Coconut Milk
1 small bundle bean thread Vermicelli (Soak and cut into shorter length)
- Mix ½ bottle of Laksa paste with coconut milk and 400ml of water to boil.
- Add in bamboo shoots. Keep stirring to prevent milk from curding.
- Add in prawns and lastly the vermicelli. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Serve hot.
