Sambal Telor (Sambal Eggs)
2 tablespoon of Chilli Padi’s Sambal Tumis
6 hard-boiled Eggs
Oil for deep-frying

  1. Score the surface of the eggs, deep-fry till brown and set it aside.
  2. Heat pan with 2 teaspoon of cooking oil, add in 2 tablespoon of sambal tumis.
  3. Toss in the eggs and mix well.
