Sotong Lemak (Serves 4-5)
½ tub of Chilli Padi’s Nonya Laksa Paste
500gm Sotong (Wash and cut into rings)
½ Red and Green Capsicum (Diced it and stir-fried for a while)

  1. In a pot, add in ½ tub of Laksa paste with 200ml of water and 300ml of Fresh coconut milk and bring to boil.
  2. Keep stirring to prevent milk from curding.
  3. Add in sotongs and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl and topped with the cooked capsicum.
