Udang Masek Lemak Rebong (Serves 4-5)
½ tub of Chilli Padi’s Nonya Laksa Paste
1 canned Bamboo Shoot
250gm Prawns (Wash, shell and Devin)
400ml of Coconut Milk
1 small bundle bean thread Vermicelli (Soak and cut into shorter length)

  1. Mix ½ bottle of Laksa paste with coconut milk and 400ml of water to boil.
  2. Add in bamboo shoots. Keep stirring to prevent milk from curding.
  3. Add in prawns and lastly the vermicelli. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Serve hot.
