MENU • Christmas menus are available for function dates from 15 November 2020 to 31 December 2020. • Only Api’s Christmas Tok Panjang, Santa’s Sleighing Party Sets and Bibik’s Festive Sedap Sets are available for functions from 22 December to 25 December. Christmas bento menus are not available. • Listed menu items are subject to availability and may change due to seasonal fluctuations and unforeseen circumstances.
FOOD • Dishes will be packed in microwavable containers and delivered in an insulator bag to keep your meal warm. • Full set of disposable cutlery is provided.
PAYMENT • Prices are subject to 7% GST. • Accepted modes of payment: Cash | Cheque | Bank Transfer | PayNow. • Full payment is to be made upon delivery for Cash or Cheque payment. • Cheques must be made payable to ‘Chilli Api Catering Pte Ltd’.
DELIVERY • Delivery time is 1/2 hour before specified food ready time • This may vary by 30 minutes due to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY FEES • $20 ($21.40 W GST) for delivery to Postal Code starting with 09-16, 18-21, 28-57, 76-82. • $25 ($26.75 W GST) for delivery to Postal Code starting with 01-08, 17, 22-27, 58-62, 64-68, 72-75. • No delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island and all other offshore venues from 21 to 27 December.
SELF-COLLECTION • Delivery fees are waived for self-collection. • Payment to be made in advance before self-collection • Address for self-collection is 3015 Bedok North Street 5 S(486350). • Self-collection is not available after 4 pm.
CANCELLATION • In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable: 1 day before function date - 50% of total order On day of function date - 100% of total order
