Chilli Padi traces its origins to 1997 with the opening of Chili Padi Nonya Restaurant nestled within the sleepy Tiong Bahru residential district. From those modest beginnings, Chilli Padi has grown into a 250-member enterprise with operations spanning events catering, cafeteria management and dine-in restaurants. Today, Chilli Padi is Singapore's foremost Peranakan cuisine food services company.
We are proud to serve Peranakan specialities to the staff of DBS Bank, Edwards Lifesciences and Supreme Court Singapore daily, through management of their institutional cafes and cafeterias.
Birth Of Chilli PadiChilli Padi was founded with the establishment of Chilli Padi Nonya Restaurant on Kim Tian Road, a simple ten-table eatery specialising in classic Nonya Cuisine.
Establishment of Chilli Api Catering Pte Ltd, a MUIS-Certified halal events catering arm.
From this year onwards, Chilli Api has already served more than 10 million guests with catering for both corporate and private events.
